Tots Class Schedules

Our Tots classes are designed to help develop each child's individual physical
awareness and coordination. The progressive challenge format presents each preschooler with new experiences and insights into
their own physical capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. This class will help teach self confidence, self control, flexibility,
and the importance of partaking in physical activities. The classes are small enough to provide individual instruction, yet
large enough to allow social interaction with peers.
